Sales Associate – Optical

As a Sales Associate, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience for our customers while supporting store operations and sales goals. You’ll provide excellent customer service, help customers select eyewear, and maintain accurate customer and patient records.

What You Will Do

Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include dispensing eyeglasses and contact lenses, educating customers on eyewear and contact lens care, and communicating order status and answering incoming phone calls.

Requirements

• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Versatility: Skilled at multi-tasking and handling a fast-paced work environment
