Role OverviewAs a Sales Associate, you'll play a key role in delivering outstanding customer experience throughout your shift, maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment, and supporting sales and profitability goals.

Provide prompt, friendly, and courteous service to every customer, prepare fresh food and made-to-order items, promote My Crosby's Rewards, and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- 18 years or older required
- Previous experience, preferred
- Valid Driver's License, preferred
- Proficient in basic math to handle cash transactions, shift reports, and vendor check-ins
- Ability to clearly assess and validate customer identification
- Ability to understand operating instructions for lottery, point of sale systems, and other equipment
- Tolerance of exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products
