Role OverviewAs a Cashier, you will be the face of our company, assisting customers, and helping them recognize the need for our products and services. You will be directly responsible for providing premier customer service, maintaining the check-out area appearance, and interacting with customers to ensure they found everything they needed.
What You Will Do
Proactively engage and make a connection with customers, ask questions, listen to customer's needs, direct customers to merchandise, inform them about upcoming events, promotions, mobile offers, and STAR card. You will also be responsible for processing cash exchanges, discounts, gift cards, credit cards, and debit cards, maintaining change funds and accounts for sales receipts, and completing various forms of paperwork, reports, and reconciliation.

Requirements
- Product Knowledge
- Knowledge of Point-of-Sale systems
- Retail or relevant work experience, preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic math functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Ability to multi-task, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business
