Role OverviewVoda Cleaning & Restoration of Sarasota is looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Business Development Representative to help grow our presence throughout Sarasota and Manatee Counties. The role will focus on developing strong referral partnerships with plumbers, property managers, insurance professionals, real estate professionals, builders, home inspectors, and other local businesses.
What You Will Do
Build relationships with referral partners, generate new business, and take care of accounts. The position offers a base salary plus uncapped commission, allowing earning potential to grow as the referral network and book of business you build continues to produce.

We're looking for someone who is naturally comfortable meeting new people, self-motivated, and able to manage their own sales activity and follow-up. Experience in restoration, construction, property management, insurance, plumbing, real estate, or other home-service industries is a strong plus.
