The sales clerk provides administrative support to the sales department, including answering incoming calls, inputting quotes and orders, and providing service to customers. The role involves developing relationships with customers, communicating product information, and performing basic date entry activities. The sales clerk will work in a fast-paced environment and be responsible for various administrative duties.

Requirements

  • High school or Ged
  • 1-2 years of inside sales /data entry experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to communicate – verbal and written
  • Ability to perform basic math functions with accuracy
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Multi-Tasking skills
  • Worked with Quality systems
