As an Enrollment Advisor, you will guide leads through warm, consultative conversations to help them see what's possible and decide if Full Focus's coaching program is the right fit. This role requires strong listening skills, a proven sales strategy, and a passion for helping others.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of direct sales experience
  • Short sales cycle experience (door to door, phone sales, solar sales, etc.)
  • Proven sales closing experience (1 call close or 2 call close phone experience)
  • Availability for 9 a.m.–5 p.m., Monday through Friday
  • Availability for occasional travel (on-site team retreats)
