Job Description
The Sales and Closing Coordinator is responsible for administering all aspects of sales, including reporting, monitoring purchase sale agreements (PSAs), and closing duties. The candidate will communicate and follow-up with title, lenders, sales staff, and the construction department to ensure timely closings.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • Prior experience and/or training in real estate
  • Proficiency with MS Office and email
