Role OverviewAn In-Home Sales Representative serves as the primary point of contact for all customers by delivering the West Shore Home sales method to secure customer agreements to purchase our products and services. This role is part of a team that operates in over 40 locations nationwide and is home to over 3,000 employees. The ideal candidate will have a competitive nature with a drive to succeed and the ability to quickly connect with anyone in an environment.
What You Will Do
Guide customers through a personalized one-call close sales process, attend weekly team meetings and training workshops, and follow a monthly rotating schedule. Sales appointments are about 2 hours each.
