This is a full-time position for an energetic and self-motivated individual looking for an opportunity to prove their ability in sales. The team provides consulting and pension administration services for qualified retirement plans.
What You Will Do
Identify investment professionals, participate in point-of-sale presentations, maintain frequent contact with key producers, and build strong relationships with intermediary partners. Travel to offsite sales training and analyze market trends.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field or equivalent work experience
- Sales experience (related or not); preferably internal or external wholesaling
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
- Proven sales ability a plus; must be able to move the needle
- Strong ability to build relationships and create partnerships
- Confident presentation skills
- Knowledge of retirement industry products and services for our respective market space is a plus
