As a Sales Consultant, you will create an easy and memorable experience for our patients and customers by assisting them throughout our unique sales process to fulfill their eyewear needs. You will work in a dynamic, exciting, and results-driven fast-paced environment.
What You Will Do
Your duties will include greeting patients and customers, identifying their needs, providing promotional products and services, and assisting them in choosing eyewear that best fits their budget requirements and eye care needs. You will also troubleshoot and identify problems related to prescription, resolve customer complaints, and attain sales goals established by the company.
