Sales Consultant

As a Sales Consultant at Stanton Optical, you will create an easy and memorable experience for patients and customers by assisting them throughout our unique sales process. You will be responsible for greeting patients, identifying their needs, and providing promotional products and services. You will also troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints, and ensure brand standards are met in the lab area.

What You Will Do

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include greeting patients, identifying their needs, providing promotional products and services, troubleshooting and resolving customer complaints, and ensuring brand standards are met in the lab area. You will also be responsible for executing simple customer repairs, assembling lenses into frames, and ensuring customer orders are delivered accurately and on time.
