Role OverviewWe are looking for a Sales Consultant to join our team in New Bern, NC. As a Sales Consultant, you will create an easy and memorable experience for our patients and customers while assisting them throughout our unique sales process to fulfill their eyewear needs. You will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with tremendous growth opportunities.
What You Will Do
Your main responsibilities will include greeting patients and customers, identifying their needs, and providing promotional products and services. You will also assist patients and customers in choosing eyewear that fits their budget requirements and eye care needs, troubleshoot and identify problems related to prescription, and resolve customer complaints.
