Role OverviewThe Remote Sales Coordinator, Critical Power plays an important role in maintaining good customer relationships by acting as an extension of the field sales force. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills along with the ability to deliver high standards of customer service. The Sales Coordinator will act as a liaison between Customer Care Managers, Engineering, Accounting and Customers to ensure all orders meet Concentric standards.
What You Will Do
Navigate the ERP system to input orders, generate reports and manage order status. Translate customer purchase orders and requests into sales orders and vendor purchases. Communicate acknowledgements of order placement and expected delivery dates. Collaborate with the engineering department to ensure the technical specifications of each order meet customer needs.

Requirements
- Minimum Associate Degree from an approved two-year college or university.
- Two (2) years of related experience and/or training with technical products within ERP systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel and Word.
- Some accounting background experience/knowledge is helpful.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to organize his/her own work and work independently, with limited supervision.
- Ability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds and with diverse needs, and across remote offices.
- Ability to clearly articulate ideas (both written and verbal) to both internal and external customers and to listen effectively to customer needs.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong workplace relationships with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments toward the greater good of the organization.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment.
- Must have attention to detail with an eye for accuracy.
- Capable of identifying and completing critical tasks independently with a sense of urgency.
