Job Description
We’re Growing Our Team – Join Us! We're looking for a Sales Coordinator I who’s detail-oriented, proactive, and enjoys working closely with others to keep things running smoothly.

Requirements

  • Processing customer purchase orders
  • Coordinating and scheduling product shipments (both domestic and international)
  • Reviewing purchase orders and related documents to ensure compliance with internal procedures and customer requirements
  • Maintaining accurate records pertaining to individual orders
  • Tracking material status through production, testing, and finished product stages to ensure on-time-delivery
  • Communicating with carriers/forwarders/logistics regarding customer shipments
  • Maintaining conformance to all applicable shipping laws and regulations
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries
  • Building customer reliance by providing accurate information and support
  • Maintaining and managing systems and internal processes
  • Supporting the sales team in achieving targets through effective follow-up and organization
  • Collaborating with multiple departments to facilitate sales operations
  • Researching customer open order(s) against available credit
  • Maintaining confidentiality of all propriety information, as well as information related to customers and customer orders
