Job Description
The Sales Coordinator will assist the Director of Sales and/or Sales Manager(s) with administrative duties, coordinate client needs and events, and work with operations staff to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Coordinating client needs and client events
Maintaining files
Assisting in selling guestrooms
Assisting in selling meeting rooms and services
Room set up and servicing meeting needs
Conducting site inspections
Soliciting new and repeat business
Maintaining organization of office files
Preparing Banquet Event Orders
Attending Weekly Revenue Meetings
Attending Operations shift meetings
Effectively following up on proposals, contracts, and tasks
