Sales Counselor - Senior Living Experience Preferred

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Two or more years’ experience in senior living sales
• Ability to achieve sales goals and initiatives
• Strong closing and post sales skills
• Ability to take directions and accept coaching
• Excellent engagement and relationship building skills
• Demonstration of proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office, and CRM lead management software
• Organizational and analytical skills
• Self-starter and enjoy working with older people
• Excellent listener, able to maintain confidentiality
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Good speaking and writing skills
• Valid driver’s license
