Job Description
Sales Counselor responsible for partnering with Sales Director to increase occupancy by building trust with prospects and showcasing life in the community.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of college and prior experience in sales, leasing, or community relations required.
  • Ability to respond to all inbound inquiries within two hours, generate and cultivate leads, and execute time-sensitive follow-up using CRM tools.
  • Ability to customize each tour using Tour Planning in collaboration with department heads and incorporate a personalized 'One Extra' that reflects the prospect's interest.
  • Ability to drive occupancy and revenue goals through strategic sales planning and analysis of Yardi reports.
