Role OverviewThe Sales Counselor assists families with funeral selections and attends services. Leads are generated through a combination of walk-ins, inbound calls, and proactive lead generation and prospecting. This position sells pre-need and at-need funeral services and inventory as well as cemetery services, property, and merchandise.

The Sales Counselor will assist families with funeral selections, attend services, and generate leads through a combination of walk-ins, inbound calls, and proactive lead generation and prospecting.
