Role OverviewWe are seeking a bilingual Korean/English Sales Development Manager to support customer programs, project execution, and business operations within the automotive manufacturing industry. This role serves as a key liaison between customers, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring successful program launches, production readiness, and ongoing customer support.
What You Will Do
Manage project timelines, customer requirements, and development activities. Coordinate sample development, customer approvals, and program launch schedules. Track project milestones and ensure projects remain on schedule. Support the successful execution of new product launches and customer programs.

Requirements
- Bilingual Korean and English
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive industry

- Experience coordinating with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business communication tools
- Experience working with international teams is highly preferred
