HireNow Staffing is actively recruiting (3) seasoned, highly skilled Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join one of our valued client partners in a high-growth AI startup environment.

Requirements

  • Generate pipeline for enterprise-level opportunities through outbound prospecting
  • Execute multi-channel outreach including cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and events
  • Identify and build target account lists aligned to ideal customer profiles
  • Conduct initial discovery and qualify opportunities for senior sales leadership
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to refine messaging, targeting, and outbound strategies
  • Support the development of scalable outbound processes and playbooks
