Job Description
Hike Medical is a company that is reinventing musculoskeletal care, starting with feet. They are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join their team to build their employer sales engine from the ground up.

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of B2B sales or SDR/BDR experience, ideally in healthcare, employer benefits, HR tech, or adjacent markets
  • Proven track record of consistent outbound activity and quota attainment
  • Fluency with cold outreach across phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • High-agency mindset — you build your own lists, write your own copy, and find your own path in
  • Strong written and verbal communication; you can write a cold email that actually gets opened
  • Comfortable selling to HR and benefits buyers, or eager to learn fast
  • Organized and disciplined with pipeline hygiene, follow-through, and next-step ownership
  • Hungry to grow — you see this as a launching pad, not a parking spot
