Role Overview

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Scorpion, you will generate enthusiasm for our solutions, identify and qualify prospects, and maintain a consistent pipeline of leads for our Legal or Home Service sales team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about the SMB sector and looking to advance their career in sales. You will work in the office 4 - 5 days a week, supporting our team culture.

What You Will Do

Prospect, educate and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities, make strategic outbound calls and emails daily, and master the ability to tell the Scorpion story and passionately convey it to potential clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1+ year of sales or other relevant experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is an advantage
  • Must have sales ability demonstrated by past experience in a similar role(s)
  • Positive attitude and demonstrate a high level of perseverance to excel in a rewarding role
