Job Description
Join Cyberhaven as a Sales Development Representative to drive top-of-funnel pipeline for a cutting-edge, highly technical product. Identify and engage prospective customers, qualify leads, and collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to refine messaging and develop effective campaigns.
Requirements
6+ months of SDR experience at a SaaS company with a highly technical product
Comfortable learning and speaking to technical concepts, and translating them into clear business value for prospects
Skilled communicator - both written and verbal with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders alike
Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, with a focus on qualifying complex buying cycles and building early pipeline
Proficient with CRM and sales engagement tools like Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft, or Sales Navigator (or comparable platforms)
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify customer pain points through research and discovery
Collaborative team player who works well with marketing, sales, and technical teams to deliver a seamless buyer experience
