Job Description
DTN is seeking a highly motivated and accomplished Sales Director to lead sales efforts within the Energy Refined Fuels Business. The successful candidate will drive significant growth and establish DTN as the preferred provider of refined fuels software, data, and analytics solutions across the entire supply chain.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of B2B SaaS sales management experience
  • 3+ years of experience successfully leading mid-market or enterprise sales teams
  • Ability to build, inspire, motivate, and retain high-performing sales teams
  • Expertise in driving a disciplined, data-led sales process within Salesforce or equivalent CRM
  • Strong strategic thinking skills and ability to analyze complex market situations
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
  • Proven track record of delivering consistent sales results in a fast-paced environment
