Job Description
Bluum is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead a team of sales professionals and drive growth in a geographic territory. Responsibilities include safeguarding the company's values and reputation, driving sales growth, and mentoring team members. Requirements include at least 4 years of sales management experience, strong communication and mentoring skills, and ability to travel. Preferred qualifications include experience selling to the Education sector and speaking Spanish or other languages.
