Job Description
Join Our Team at Vitality Living as a Sales Director at our Vitality Living Spring Hill Community and bring your individuality along! As a Sales Director, you will manage sales metrics, conduct tours, and plan special events to secure deposits from prospective residents and assist the management team in coordinating the resident move-in process.

Requirements

  • 3 or more years of successful experience in leasing and sales with senior housing experienced preferred.
  • Demonstrated traits of accountability, meeting high expectations, confidence, goal-orientation, and a desire to succeed.
  • Sales skills including persuasiveness, customer service, active listening, and adherence to the company's sales systems.
  • Strong English language written and verbal communication skills, with the expectation to conduct a predetermined number of outbound sales calls each day.
  • Strong computer skills, including experience with a CRM.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Must possess a valid driver license and have access to a car, ability to do outreach appointments.
