Requirements

  • 3 or more years of successful experience in leasing and sales with senior housing experienced preferred
  • Demonstrated traits of accountability, meeting high expectations, confidence, goal-orientation, and a desire to succeed
  • Sales skills including persuasiveness, customer service, active listening, and adherence to the company's sales systems
  • Strong English language written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer skills, including experience with a CRM
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Must possess a valid driver license and have access to a car, ability to do outreach appointments
