Runwise is seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to accelerate growth within their ambitious sales team. This role involves directly supporting sales representatives with training, onboarding, and the utilization of sales enablement tools to increase win rates and onboarding new buildings. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and skilled process improvement advocate.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a sales organization
  • 2+ years in a sales enablement role
  • Proven track record of developing successful sales enablement programs
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS)
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Data-driven and results-oriented
