Role OverviewPyrotek is seeking a Sales Engineer to lead growth across Indiana by delivering innovative products, equipment, and technical solutions to aluminum foundry customers. This role combines consultative selling, technical expertise, and strategic account management to help customers improve efficiency, quality, and sustainability.
What You Will Do
Grow and develop the Indiana territory, manage and expand relationships with existing foundry customers, identify and develop new business opportunities, execute strategic sales plans, negotiate pricing and commercial terms, and consistently achieve or exceed sales and gross profit objectives.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of three (3) years of technical sales, industrial sales, engineering, or customer-facing experience
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to travel up to 50% throughout Indiana and occasionally beyond the territory as needed
