Role Overview

World's Client Advisors bring comprehensive risk management and employee benefit solutions to businesses and individuals. Your primary focus is identifying, prospecting, cultivating, and closing new employee benefits clients by leveraging World's unique capabilities and broad market access.

What You Will Do

Design and deliver employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and voluntary benefits. Help clients with complementary solutions such as commercial and personal lines insurance, 401(k) and retirement plans, and payroll and human resources outsourcing services.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years+ of experience working in an insurance brokerage or carrier
  • Personable and highly motivated to grow personal success
  • Excellent listening skills and strong customer focus
  • Consultative and positive approach to dealing with prospective clients and associates
  • Experience with Employee Benefits and Sales software platforms such as BenefitPoint and sales CRM's like HubSpot
  • Ability to work independently and interact with team members
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Discretion surrounding sensitive information
