Role Overview

As a Sales Executive, you will lead account relationships, develop new business opportunities, and manage client relationships with support from a service team. You will work in a majority employee-owned organization that values exceptional service, best practices, and employee growth.

What You Will Do

Develop new relationships, prospect new business opportunities, create synergy across practice areas, and manage sales activity within a customer relations management system. You will also lead risk management strategies, provide efficient service to clients, and analyze risk and coverage.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales/consulting experience in the insurance industry
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Insurance experience preferred
  • CEBS designation preferred
  • Life & Health license preferred, or the ability to attain within the first 60 days of employment
  • Excellent computer and office machine skills, specifically with Microsoft Office products
