Requirements

  • 3+ years of business development or outside sales experience
  • Experience within restoration, mitigation, emergency services, construction, property management, or commercial services
  • Existing relationships within commercial property management, multifamily, or facilities management
  • Strong hunter mentality with the ability to generate new business opportunities
  • Experience selling through relationship-building and consultative sales strategies

Benefits

  • Base Salary: $75,000 – $100,000 DOE and existing book of business
