Requirements

  • 5 years of experience within the employee benefits industry
  • Current Insurance Producer's license with the Illinois Department of Professional Regulation or acquire one within a specified period of time following date of hire
  • College degree preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong negotiating skills
  • Working knowledge of computers and standard software packages
  • Superior strategic and interpersonal skills; strong work ethic and commitment to excellence; team player
