Role OverviewThe Sales Lead will provide customers with the best selection, exceptional service, and well-organized stores to offer spiritual, social, and rehabilitation programs to those in need. They will be accountable for meeting store sales and income budget expectations while managing expenses to maximize profitability.
What You Will Do
The Sales Lead will create a positive and mentoring environment for Beneficiaries through collaboration and partnership with program staff. They will implement positive and effective Work Therapy Assignments and keep Beneficiaries on the right track and focus where they need to improve.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The Sales Lead will be responsible for supervision, support, and conduct reporting of program Beneficiaries. They will ensure high levels of Customer and Donor satisfaction through excellent service to meet their needs while also maintaining good Community relations.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one-year previous retail experience
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with management, store employees, customers, and donors
