Job Description
The Sales Lead will be responsible for daily store operations, customer service, and sales growth. They will work closely with the Store Manager to achieve sales and income budget expectations while maintaining a positive and mentoring environment for beneficiaries. The ideal candidate will have previous retail experience, supervisory experience, and strong communication skills.

Requirements

  • High School diploma/GED required
  • Minimum of one-year previous retail experience
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Ability to communicate effectively with management, customers, and donors
