What You Will Do
Identify potential customers through open, friendly, and engaging dialogue, present a professional appearance, maintain and utilize the HVAC Kiosk / Display / End Cap, initiate communication with prospective customers, and achieve specified program KPIs and goals.

Requirements
- Retail/Sales Experience
- Ability to manage personal emotions when faced with rejection
- Present positive and optimistic attitude
- Active listener able to ask open-ended discovery questions
- Intuitive ability to measure interest of customers
- Detail oriented with good time management skills
- Ability to move conversations to a decision and ask for an appointment commitment
- Ability to stand and/or walk for 4-8 hours at a time
- Ability to use a smartphone utilizing apps, email, and text
