Job Description
Join Conway Services, the nation's largest provider of residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services, as a Sales Lead Generator. You will work inside a national retail home improvement store, engaging customers in friendly conversations and scheduling free in-home consultations with our experienced comfort advisors.

Requirements

  • Friendly, outgoing personality; sales experience a plus
  • Ability to stand/walk for up to 6 hours during shift
  • Reliable transportation to/from assigned store
  • Available for weekend retail hours (some holidays required)
  • Clean, professional appearance to represent the ARS brand
  • Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings
  • Minimum age: 18 years
