Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Lead to oversee the daily activities of the sales department, acquire and enroll new memberships, and represent and promote the center in the community.

Requirements

  • Support the Sales Associates in their daily activities and sales efforts.
  • Sell memberships and ancillary services to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
  • Maintain accurate lead and prospect tracking records.
  • Conduct center tours and new member fitness assessments.
  • Represent the center at off-site events and solicit new community partners.
  • Assist with department work schedules, time cards, hiring, and training.
