Job Description
Royal Palms Resort and Spa is seeking a highly analytical and responsive Sales Business Analyst to drive the strategy and execution of all internet-based inbound leads. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced luxury resort environment and combines analytical rigor with strong written communication, business acumen, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Requirements

  • Receive, review, and respond to all internet-based inbound leads and digital RFPs in accordance with response time standards.
  • Analyze business potential including dates, pattern, space utilization, guest room demand, and profitability.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Management and Sales leadership to determine optimal pricing and strategic positioning.
  • Prepare customized, data-informed proposals aligned with resort revenue goals.
  • Track conversion ratios, response time metrics, and funnel progression.
  • Identify trends in inbound demand and provide insight to Sales Leadership.
  • Coordinate thoughtful handoff of qualified opportunities to Group Sales Managers for site tours and closing.
  • Partner with Marketing to monitor digital sales channels, ensuring imagery, copy, and promotional group offers reflect the resort’s competitive positioning and unique selling features.
  • Provide real-time feedback from inbound inquiries to support ongoing digital optimization efforts.
