Job Description
Royal Palms Resort and Spa is seeking a highly analytical and responsive Sales Business Analyst to drive the strategy and execution of all internet-based inbound leads. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced luxury resort environment and combines analytical rigor with strong written communication, business acumen, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Requirements
Receive, review, and respond to all internet-based inbound leads and digital RFPs in accordance with response time standards.
Analyze business potential including dates, pattern, space utilization, guest room demand, and profitability.
Collaborate with Revenue Management and Sales leadership to determine optimal pricing and strategic positioning.
Prepare customized, data-informed proposals aligned with resort revenue goals.
Track conversion ratios, response time metrics, and funnel progression.
Identify trends in inbound demand and provide insight to Sales Leadership.
Coordinate thoughtful handoff of qualified opportunities to Group Sales Managers for site tours and closing.
Partner with Marketing to monitor digital sales channels, ensuring imagery, copy, and promotional group offers reflect the resort’s competitive positioning and unique selling features.
Provide real-time feedback from inbound inquiries to support ongoing digital optimization efforts.
