Role OverviewThe Sales Leadership Program is a 6-12 month hands-on training program that teaches all facets of the scrap buying process. Upon completion, participants will assume a Buyer role. The program includes relocation to a designated geographic region and requires frequent travel. Participants will work in an industrial environment and be expected to model Nucor's 'Safety First' culture.
What You Will Do
Develop and support relationships with accounts, gain a confident understanding of the scrap recycling market, and become an expert in your region's marketplace. You will interact with various levels of corporate personnel, customers, vendors/suppliers, and teammates to resolve problems and ensure steady delivery of products purchased or sold.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a Business discipline, Sales, Economics, Finance, or related field
