Job Description
Pinnacle Live is seeking a Sales Manager for their Audio Visual, Event Technology, and Event Production team. This role is a front-line sales position focused on driving sales for venue leads, generating SOWs and contracts, and ensuring the quality of client experiences. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing leads through the sales funnel and building relationships within the hotel sales team.

Requirements

  • Serve as a sales subject matter expert and ambassador for the designated hotel sales team.
  • Generate and revise scope of work, quotes, proposals and contracts based on the needs of venue leads requiring AV products and services.
  • Utilize the Company’s proprietary sales process as directed by the National Director of Venue Sales.
  • Build a deep knowledge of Pinnacle Live’s products and offerings.
  • Enter all pertinent client information into Pinnacle Live’s CRM platform.
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with the In-Venue Sales team and the National Director of Venue Sales.
  • Manage accurate and timely billing of events and clients.
