Job Description
As a Fortune 500 company, Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) is seeking a Sales Manager to lead containerboard sales, develop strategic sales plans, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have 10 years of direct sales experience in the corrugated/sheet product packaging industry, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong knowledge of market analysis, cost estimating systems, and pricing negotiation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business
  • 10 years of direct sales experience in corrugated/sheet product packaging industry
  • Strong knowledge of market analysis, cost estimating systems, and pricing negotiation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to handle numerous details, deadlines, and requests
  • Ability to travel as necessary and possess a valid U.S. driver's license
