Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- College degree preferred
- Prior experience in sales leadership, membership sales, retail sales, hospitality, or another customer-facing leadership role
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and sales tracking systems
- Ability to travel locally for promotions, marketing events, and community outreach activities as needed
