Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in fire protection, life safety, specialty construction, project management, sales estimating, or a related trade
- Strong ability to read fire protection drawings, construction documents, specifications, and bid packages
- Working knowledge of NFPA codes and commercial fire suppression system requirements
- Experience preparing estimates, proposals, takeoffs, budgets, or project pricing
- Understanding of AutoCAD, AutoSprink, SprinkCAD, ServiceTrade, or related industry software preferred
- NICET certification, CFPS certification, or related technical credentials preferred
- Existing relationships with contractors, owners, engineers, developers, or construction decision-makers in the Southeast region strongly preferred
