Role OverviewThe Sales Manager will lead and profitably grow Westfalia's Convenience business across North America, with an initial focus on the United States. The role involves developing and executing the right route-to-market strategy, working closely with brokers, retailers, foodservice customers, and other commercial partners to build a scalable and profitable business.
What You Will Do
Own and deliver profitable sales growth for the Convenience portfolio across North America. Develop and execute the route-to-market strategy, define the right channels, customers, brokers, and commercial partnerships to accelerate growth.

Requirements
- Significant and recent experience of Retail sales or business development experience within food, fresh produce, chilled foods or FMCG.
- Strong track record of profitable sales growth and new business development in North America.
- Established experience working with US retailers, foodservice customers, and broker networks.
- Strong understanding of route-to-market models, pricing, margins, and commercial negotiations.
- Entrepreneurial, hands-on commercial leader with a proven ability to build business and close deals.
- Direct experience selling branded or premium refrigerated foods, dips, spreads, guacamole, or adjacent products.
- Evidence of personally selecting, contracting, and performance-managing brokers.
- Accountability for customer-level P&L, including broker commissions, trade spend, deductions, and waste.
- Experience taking a business from regional or emerging status into national retail.
