Job Description
The Sales Manager - Rotational Program is a comprehensive experience across the Sales organization, rotating through key Sales functions, with a required remote assignment at another Samtec site. The role is designed for high-potential candidates to gain expertise in customer service, application specific products, order management, outside sales, and global account management.

Requirements

  • Rotate through core Sales departments to develop a holistic understanding of the business.
  • Build expertise in Customer Service, Application Specific Products, Order Management, Outside Sales, and Global Account Management.
  • Evaluate, measure, and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) relevant to Sales operations.
  • Implement robust sales processes and systems.
  • Drive continuous improvement within Sales operations and strategies.
  • Oversee key elements of global Sales operations, supporting the Samtec Service model and global charter.
  • Provide support and act as the voice of the customer for internal Sales teams regarding change management, product qualifications, and issue resolution.
