Job Description
As a Sales Manager at NOVUS, you will be responsible for promoting the interests of Novus International in Swine markets in the Central Midwest region of US, managing Novus Swine business to maximize revenue and profit, and building greater partnerships with customers through regular sales calls and participation in industry meetings.

Requirements

  • Achieve specific sales and profit goals within the assigned territory
  • Contribute to the development of an efficient Swine North America Sales and Marketing team
  • Build greater partnerships with customers in the territory
  • Maintain close relationship with Novus Marketing, Technical Services and Customer Service
