Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to set and achieve KPIs, delivering consistent month-over-month growth
  • Skilled in pipeline management, conducting reviews, prioritizing books of business, and creating strategies
  • Ability to design and implement strategic sales plans that expand the customer base, increase market exposure, and align with organizational goals
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate sales processes, team performance, and buyer engagement
  • Experience preparing and delivering accurate sales forecasts, revenue reports, and strategic recommendations to leadership
