Job Description
The Driskill is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Group Sales Manager to join their team and continue the legacy of the newly renovated Driskill. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter with energy, creativity, and a passion for hospitality sales.

Requirements

  • Market development, proactive solicitation, strategic group placement to meet hotel needs and exceed clients' goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing accounts to drive repeat and referral business
  • Conduct compelling site tours that showcase the hotel's newly transformed spaces and unique guest experience
  • Develop and present customized, strategic proposals that align with client goals and maximize hotel revenue
  • Manage accounts throughout the sales cycle, ensuring seamless communication and execution
  • Contract negotiations and review, facilitating communication before, during and post event with clients (bill review/management) and pertinent hotel staff to ensure a high level of service
  • Collaborate closely with Event Sales, Event Planning, and Operations teams to deliver exceptional client experiences
  • Participate in and contribute to sales strategy conversations, event meetings, and team initiatives
  • Maintain accurate records, reporting, and pipeline management using Hyatt systems
