Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in hotel group sales, with expertise in handling groups of 100+ rooms on peak
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to exceed production goals and deliver results
  • Knowledge of sales process and the ability to align sales strategies with business objectives
  • Proficiency in general computer systems and Hyatt-specific tools (training provided)
  • A true passion for hospitality and a results-driven mindset
  • Ability to travel as needed to represent Hyatt
